In its statement, the company has said that G-Entry Biotic is used for rearing chickens in poultry farms, they have no relation with humans. Those medicines are not used on humans, so the antibiotic given to chicken will not be harmful for humans.
The company said, “The chicken will be supplied in accordance with FDA requirements. The United States Department of Agriculture has audited and verified that Chick-fil-A is meeting the requirements of the NAIHM commitment.”

According to a report in US Today, fast-food chain Chick-fil-A announced in 2014 that it would only sell chicken raised without antibiotics in its stores. The company did the same till 2019, but later it was becoming difficult for the company to maintain both the quality and quantity of chicken. Therefore now the rules have been changed.
