Ingredients for making potato crisps
Potatoes-4-5
Red chili – 1/2 tsp
Dry mango – 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Cumin – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Green coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
Kasuri Methi – 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
oil – as needed
salt – to taste

Potato Kurke Recipe
To make potato crisps full of taste, first take medium sized potatoes and wash them in water and clean them properly, so that the dirt on top is removed completely. After this wipe the potatoes with cotton cloth and cut them into long pieces. Now put oil in the pan and heat it. When the oil becomes hot, add asafoetida and whole cumin seeds and fry them, during this time keep the gas flame medium.

When cumin starts crackling, add chopped potato pieces to it and fry while stirring with the help of a spoon. Potatoes have to be fried until their color turns light golden and the potatoes become crispy. While the potatoes are frying, chop green coriander leaves too finely. After the potatoes are well cooked, mix coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder and salt in it.

After this, let the potatoes fry for 4 to 5 minutes, after that add crushed fenugreek seeds to the potatoes and then turn off the gas. Now take out the prepared potatoes in a crisp serving bowl and pour lemon juice over them and mix them properly with a spoon. At the end, put green coriander leaves on top of the crispy potatoes and serve hot.
