District Magistrate Saurabh Jorwal has issued an order to open all the schools from January 9 after the sun has been shining for two days. While issuing the order, even the report of the Meteorological Department was not seen, in which Aurangabad was the coldest on Sunday. The special thing is that it is clearly mentioned in the order that this order is applicable from primary classes. According to the order, from 9.30 am to 3.30 pm, all types of government and private schools will operate. This order has come after the DM in Patna has ordered the closure of schools till January 14 to save the children of class 10 as well. In other districts too, there is an order to keep schools closed till 11 and somewhere till 14.

The maximum temperature increased due to sunlight, the minimum kept decreasing: Scientist
Agricultural Meteorologist Dr. Anoop Kumar Choubey of Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Siris said that there has been a decrease in the maximum temperature since last few days. In the next five days, the maximum temperature is expected to be 19 to 21 degrees respectively, but it has to be seen that Orange alert has been issued in the weather forecast on January 9 and Yellow alert on January 10. Choubey said that due to sunshine during the day, an increase in the maximum temperature has been recorded, but only a decrease in the minimum temperature has been registered.

People said that the school should be closed
People said different things regarding the order to open the schools even after severe cold. National convenor of NSUI Ashutosh Singh said that in view of the severe cold, the government should close the school for small children for the time being. While RJD district spokesperson Ramesh Yadav says that since the sun was out today, the DM had issued orders to open the school. But if the cold increases, then in such a situation the school should be closed.
