Ingredients to make Chili Garlic Paneer
Paneer – 250 grams
Green chili paste – 1 tbsp
Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Whole green chili – 2
Garlic cloves – 7-8
Virgin Olive Oil – 2 tbsp
Curd – 1/4 cup
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
Dry mango powder – 1 teaspoon
salt – as per taste

How to make Chili Garlic Paneer
First cut the paneer into small cubes. Put paneer in a bowl. Now add curd, dried mango powder, salt, red chilli powder and garam masala to marinate. Mix it well and keep it aside. Keep a pan on the gas. Add oil to it and heat it well. Now add green chili and garlic paste, chopped garlic and chopped green chilies and stir. When it turns golden brown, add marinated paneer to it. Cover it on low flame and let it cook for 5 minutes. You can also add chopped coriander leaves as per your wish. Chilli Garlic Paneer is ready to serve in lunch or dinner. If you want, you can also mix a little water in it.
