Ingredients to make Chinese Malai Paratha
Wheat flour – 1 bowl
Fresh cream – 2 tbsp
Sugar – 2-3 tsp
Coconut powder – 1 tsp
Chopped almonds – 1 tsp
Desi ghee – as needed
Salt – 1 pinch

Chinese Malai Paratha Recipe
To make Chinese Malai Paratha full of taste, first put flour in a utensil and add a pinch of salt to it. Now add water little by little and knead the dough. After kneading the dough, keep it aside for 10 minutes, so that it gets set properly. After this, break the dough balls in equal proportion. Now take a ball and roll it. After rolling the dough, apply desi ghee on it and spread it after adding sugar.

Now close the dough and roll again after applying dry flour. Now heat a nonstick pan on medium heat. After the griddle is hot, put paratha on it and roast it. After some time, pour ghee on the edges of the paratha and turn the paratha. Now apply ghee on the upper part of the paratha. Roast the paratha from both the sides till it turns golden and becomes crispy. After this take out the paratha in a plate.
