Ingredients for making dry fruit cake
Flour – 1 cup
Curd – 1/2 cup
Milk – 1/4 cup
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
Milk powder – 2 tbsp
Dry fruits (mix) – 4-5 tbsp
Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
Chopped almonds – 2 tsp
Ghee – 1/2 cup
Sugar powder – 1/2 cup
Salt – 1 pinch
Dry Fruit Cake Recipe
To make dry fruit cake, first sift all purpose flour in a bowl. Now filter the baking powder, milk powder, baking soda and put them in the bowl and mix all the ingredients well. After that add a pinch of salt to it and mix. After this, take another bowl and add curd, sugar powder and ghee (you can use vegetable oil if you want) and mix it well.
Now add flour mixture little by little and mix. Prepare a thick paste by pouring milk on top. After this, add vanilla essence to this mixture and mix the paste well so that no lumps remain in it. When the paste is well prepared, add finely chopped dry fruits to it and mix.

Now take a baking tin and grease it well by applying ghee. After this pour the prepared batter in it and tap it two-three times on the ground so that the batter gets set properly and bubbles do not fall in the cake and air does not fill. After this, put almond shavings on top of the batter and spread it well. Now leave it in the preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius to bake for half an hour. Take out the cake after the fixed time. Your flavourful dry fruit cake is ready.
