Ingredients for Churma Ladoo
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Semolina (rava) – 2 tbsp
Milk – 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp
Cashew – 7-8
Almonds – 7-8
Raisins – 1 tbsp
Sugar – 1/2 cup (as per taste)
Desi ghee – as needed
Salt – 1 pinch

Churma Ladoo Recipe
To make churma laddoos full of Rajasthani flavor, first take a big bowl and sieve wheat flour in it. Now add semolina, 1 pinch of salt and 2 tbsp of desi ghee to it and mix it well. After this knead the dough while adding milk little by little. Keep in mind that the dough is a tight kneading. After kneading the dough, grease it with a little ghee and cover it with a cotton cloth for about 20 minutes and keep the dough aside.

After the fixed time, take the dough and knead it once again. After this, make a medium sized ball of flour. Now first round the dough and then give it the shape of bati by pressing it lightly. Similarly make all the batis one by one. After this, with the help of oven, bake all the batis properly from both the sides. After this, with the help of a mixer, grind all the batis coarsely.

Now cut cashews, almonds and raisins into fine pieces. After this, put the coarsely ground Baati in a big bowl and add 1/2 cup ghee to it and mix it well. After this add finely chopped dry fruits to the churma and mix well, then add sugar as per taste. Mix this mixture properly with hands for 1-2 minutes. After this, take the mixture in your hands and tie it into round laddus and keep it aside in a plate. Similarly prepare churma laddus from all the mixture. After this let them set for some time. Now store the flavourful churma laddus by filling them in an air-type container.
