On this occasion, SP President Akhilesh Yadav said that this is the farewell budget of Modi government. He said on X that if any budget is not for development and any development is not for the people then it is useless. The BJP government has created a shameful record by completing a decade of anti-people budgets, which will never be broken again because now is the time for a positive government to come. This is BJP’s ‘farewell budget’.

The budget is far from reality
BSP supremo Mayawati said that the budget presented today in the Parliament by the Central Government, before the Lok Sabha elections, is more of an election gimmick and away from the ground reality. Thus, it is very sad and worrying to deny the lives of the people of the country plagued by immense poverty, unemployment and rising inflation. He said that if there was ground truth in the government’s claims and promises related to the country’s economy and development, then more than 80 crore people here would not have been forced to live a life in need of free ration.
Finance Minister Suresh Khanna said, UP will get more than Rs 2 lakh crore
Finance Minister Suresh Khanna said that in the coming financial year, Uttar Pradesh will get Rs 2 lakh 18 thousand eight hundred sixteen crore for development. Which is about Rs 15 thousand crore more than last year. He said that UP will benefit from the interim budget.
