Through a letter sent to the Chief Minister, the Mayor has accused the Municipal Corporation officials of acting arbitrarily. He said that pressure is being exerted on the people of the city by sending property tax bills on the basis of DM circle rate.

Mayor Sunita Dayal has once again targeted the municipal corporation officials. She has complained to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath about the collection of property tax as per the DM circle rate despite the opposition of the city residents and public representatives. She has accused the municipal corporation officials of creating an anti-party atmosphere before the by-election of the city assembly constituency. She has sent a letter to the Chief Minister requesting him to intervene in the matter of property tax.
