Complaint Against PM Modi And Nirmala Sitharaman: Tamil Nadu’s ruling DMK on Tuesday (March 19) demanded that the Election Commission investigate the BJP’s use of school children for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s road show in Coimbatore and also for giving ‘hate speeches’. Action should be taken against Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman.

Meanwhile, Coimbatore District Magistrate Kranti Kumar Pati said that the administration is investigating the incident of use of school children during Modi’s road show. He said on the social media platform ‘X’ that a report has also been sought from the Chief Education Officer and the Joint Commissioner of the Labor Department and appropriate action will be taken based on the findings of the investigation.

Complaint against PM Modi to Chief Electoral Officer

In a petition submitted to Chief Electoral Officer Satyavrat Sahu here, DMK’s organizing secretary RS Bharti said that appropriate action should be taken against BJP for using children for political campaign. He said that steps should be taken to protect children from child labor and to prevent their participation in election related work and campaigns.

Bharti said that children aged between 12 to 15 years were engaged in campaign activities and were made to wear clothes with BJP symbols. He said that apart from this, during the road show on March 18, children were made to recite poetry and sing in a program organized by BJP.

“This action of the BJP is directly against the Election Commission’s notification dated February 5, 2024, prohibiting political parties from using any means for election campaigns, rallies, etc.,” he said in his petition along with a video clip of the incident. Children have been asked not to use it.

Complaint filed against Nirmala Sitharaman for this reason

Bharti, in a separate petition, has accused Nirmala Sitharaman of allegedly violating the model code of conduct and delivering ‘hate speech’ during the anniversary celebration of Chanakya TV channel here on March 16, hours after the Election Commission announced the election schedule. Demanded action against. He said that Union Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, while appealing to Hindus, falsely claimed that DMK was destroying temples and religion.

Bharti said that this is not only a violation of the Model Code of Conduct, but also the provisions of Section 123 (3) and Section 125 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951.
