Along with this, all the customers coming to the shop or showroom are being appealed to wear masks. In view of the increasing danger of corona infection, announcement is being made to wear masks and use sanitizers to prevent corona in crowded big markets like Sarojini Nagar, Sadar Bazar and Lajpat Nagar.

70 to 80 thousand people reach Sarojini Nagar market on weekends

Ashok Randhawa, head of Sarojini Nagar Mini Market Traders Association, says that cases of infection are increasing continuously. In such a situation, the most needed is to be careful in the markets. For this, all the traders have decided that the staff will wear masks even at the shop. Along with this, people are also being appealed at the six gates connecting the market to come to the market only wearing masks. Ashok Randhawa said that at the end of the week, 70 to 80 thousand people come to the market for shopping. In such a situation, there is a high risk of increasing the infection. It is our responsibility to make customers and our staff aware to follow the rules of Corona Protocol.

Strictness in Sadar Bazar as well

In Sadar, one of the biggest markets in Asia, Chairman of Federation of Sadar Bazar Traders Association, Paramjit Singh Pamma said that lakhs of people from other states also come here for shopping. In view of the increasing corona infection in the capital Delhi, an initiative has been started to protect oneself. Traders have taken this step in order not to give a second chance to India including the capital Delhi due to the negligence caused by the lockdown in the past Corona infection. Self-protection initiatives taken by the businessmen are now bearing fruit. Be it Sarojini Nagar market or any other market, whether it is a big shopkeeper or a small shopkeeper selling on the track, everyone is wearing a mask. Seeing this, now the customers coming there have also started coming to shop wearing masks. Told all the traders that the government should also strictly follow the Corona protocol.
