According to this, from the first day of this year in India, RT-PCR test report is mandatory for passengers arriving from China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and Thailand, in which they are confirmed not to have infection. As per the guidelines, the test should be done not earlier than 72 hours from the time of commencement of travel to India and the negative report of RT-PCR test has to be uploaded on the Air Suvidha portal before departure.
