The first day’s budget session of Delhi Municipal Corporation ended at around 6.30 pm on Monday evening with allegations and counter-allegations and uproar. The House meeting was called at 2 pm and after the proceedings began, Congress party leader Nazia Danish was the first to get a chance to speak.
He accused the ruling party that a copy of the final budget speech which the Leader of the House is to read on February 8 has already been printed.
