Jhansi. A shocking video has surfaced from Jhansi in UP. In this viral video, some villagers are tying a crocodile and roaming it around on a bicycle. In the viral video, it can be clearly seen that first some youths of the village tied the crocodile with a rope and then put it on a bicycle and started roaming around the village. According to the information, this video is from Bharosa village of Moth tehsil.
Video of a crocodile riding a bicycle goes viral
Actually, last night a crocodile came out of a drain in Bharosa village and was seen walking on the village road. This video went viral on social media. After this, some people of the village took the responsibility of catching the crocodile. They tied it with a rope and caught it. It is clearly heard in the video that people are saying that we do not need the forest department. About 20 to 25 people are seen catching the crocodile in this video.
Mischief mongers made the video
When the forest department was contacted about this video, Deputy Regional Forest Officer of Moth Tehsil, Sandeep Ravikul told Local 18 that the forest department team reached the spot and caught the crocodile themselves. It was also released safely in the Betwa river. While the team was catching the crocodile, some mischievous elements made this video and made it viral. DFO Jayant Shande told Local 18 that it is illegal to treat any protected animal in this manner. Necessary action will be taken after investigating the video.
