Cucumber – 1
Curd thick – 1 cup
Green chili – 2
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Green coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
salt – as per taste

How to make Cucumber Raita
To make Cucumber Raita, first wash and wipe the cucumber with water. Cut a small piece of cucumber and taste it to see if the cucumber is bitter. If the taste of cucumber is good, then peel it off and cut it into two parts and take out its seeds. After this grate the cucumber. Now put curd in a utensil and beat it well with the help of a churner. After this, mix salt in curd as per taste.
Now put the previously grated cucumber in the beaten curd and mix it well with the help of a spoon. After this add finely chopped green chillies. After this, keep the cucumber raita in the fridge for half an hour, so that the raita cools down properly. After the fixed time, take out the raita from the fridge and garnish it with green coriander leaves. Cucumber Raita is ready, it can be served with roti, paratha or rice.
