So many candidates are waiting for the results
More than 13 lakh candidates are waiting for the results of CUET UG Exam 2024. Their wait may end soon. The National Testing Agency has not given any update in this regard so far, but it is believed that soon NTA will announce the date of releasing the results.
The date has passed
Amid the ongoing uproar over competitive exams in the country and the allegations being levelled against NTA, the agency has had to exercise extra caution. It is also clear that after NEET UG, candidates will not tolerate any kind of irregularities.
Due to this and other reasons, the date of declaration of CUET UG results has been extended. According to the earlier schedule, the result was expected to be declared on June 30 but this did not happen.
Academic calendar will be affected
Candidates will get admission in colleges only on the basis of CUET UG results. Due to the delay in this result, the academic calendar of all the colleges is also getting delayed. After the result is released, colleges and courses will be allotted to the candidates according to their rank. The academic calendar of all central universities and other institutions will be delayed due to the wait for this result. Not only students but universities are also getting affected by this result.
The third edition was completed in 8 days
Let us tell you that the third edition of CUET UG exam, which has been conducted this time, has been completed in just 8 days. This time the paper has been completed in a single shift, so there will be no need for normalization of marks. The exam was conducted in hybrid mode.
While the papers of 15 subjects were taken in pen-paper mode, the papers of the remaining 48 subjects were conducted in computer-based mode. The exam was held between 15 and 29 May. Now it is the turn of the result release.
