Shopping of Rs 44 thousand was done on the credit card of polytechnic student Vishal Singh, resident of Bhagya Nagar (Sikandra) of Agra. He alleges that the credit card making agent asked him for the CVV and OTP received on the mobile on the pretext of updating the card. There was no hearing on the complaint in the bank. A case has been registered in the police station Sikandra in the matter. Police is investigating.

Vishal Singh is doing polytechnic from RBS College, Bichpuri. He told the police that he had a credit card of RBL Bank. A month and a half ago the bank’s agent came home. He asked to make another credit card. Vishal refuses. Said he already has a credit card. Why get a new card? But, the agent said that if he takes another new card then there will be no charge. Its limit will also be 70 thousand rupees. No interest will be charged for 50 days. On this he got ready.

The agent went away with the papers. A few days later the credit card came home. It is alleged that on 8 April the agent called. Said to update the credit card. After this asked for the card number and CVV (Card Verification Value). OTP (One Time Password) came on his mobile. The agent asked this too. After this, shopping of Rs 44,571 was done from his account. He came to know after receiving the message on his mobile.

Vishal complained to the bank. Got the card blocked and filed a complaint in Sikandra police station. Alleged that bank personnel and agents are in collusion. It is they who have cheated. Cyber ​​cell investigated the matter. On May 10, a case was registered in the matter. Station in-charge Inspector Anand Kumar Shahi says that action will be taken.
