Well, the body of Mahendra son of Lakhan was found hanging under suspicious circumstances on a tree near the tube well of farmer Prakash on Nagla Ashu Road in Bankner village of Kotwali Kotwali. The deceased’s wife has accused the daughter’s in-laws of harassing her husband. Police are investigating the matter.
Manju, the wife of the deceased, says that her daughter Aarti is having a dispute with her in-laws. In this connection, at around 6:30 pm on May 1, son-in-law Babu and his brother Chhotu, son Satyaveer alias Satto, resident of Untasani Tappal, had called the husband in front of the neighbors for an agreement. He had said that Satyaveer and Bhura are calling Mahendra at Gaumat intersection.. saying this he took him with him.
When her husband did not return home till late night, she started searching, but could not find anything. After this, in the morning information was received that the body of husband Mahendra was hanging from a tree, but son-in-law Babu, Chhotu, Satyaveer and Bhura were not there. If these four people are interrogated, the truth in this matter will come out.
Police have registered a report on Manju Devi’s complaint. Has assured of strict action against the four accused. Under the influence of this person, the villagers kept the dead body in front of Khair Kotwali. There was ruckus for some time. Expressed displeasure.
