The body of a youth was found on the roadside near Khujia village of Mubarakpur police station in Azamgarh district on Monday morning. Seeing the dead body, the villagers expressed suspicion of murder. Police reached the spot after getting information and sent the body for post-mortem.

Villagers saw the dead body of a young man lying on the roadside near Khujia village located on the Azamgarh-Mau main road. Seeing the condition of the dead body, the villagers were suspecting murder. On information, Mubarakpur police reached the spot and started trying to identify the deceased. After some time, the deceased was identified as Sunil Yadav (35), resident of Sahaspura village of Raunapar police station area.
The deceased used to earn his living by driving vehicles in Mubarakpur area. Deceased Sunil’s cousin sister lives in Odra Mathia village of Sidhari police station area. Only the sister’s family members, who reached the spot after receiving the information, identified her. After identification, the police took possession of the body and sent it for post-mortem.
As soon as the news of the incident reached home, there was chaos among the family members. Villagers and family members have expressed suspicion of murder. On which the police has started the effort to scrutinize the footage of CCTV cameras installed around the incident site. The deceased was the fourth among five brothers.
