The shopkeeper told about Litti-Chokha
While giving information to Local 18, Om Prakash Gupta said that he belongs to Muzaffarpur district of Bihar and has been living in Delhi for many years. By staying in Delhi, he is giving the taste of Bihar’s famous Litti-Chokha to the people living away from Bihar. He told that he has been engaged in this work for 5 years and also takes this famous food of Bihar to exhibitions at various places.

Know the price of famous Litti-Chokha
He told that it is prepared by chopping chillies and onions in gram sattu. It is baked on coal. Chokha is made of potatoes, brinjals and tomatoes, in which mustard oil is added. It is served with two types of chutneys and desi ghee. One is green coriander chutney and the other is mustard seed chutney which enhances its taste. In Virasat, you will get the taste of Litti-Chokha for Rs 100 per plate.

PM Modi also liked Litti-Chokha
Omprakash told that Hunar Haat started in the year 2016 and has been running for 7 years. He used to participate in it every time, although now it has stopped. He told that once Hunar Haat was organized at India Gate in Delhi, in which famous dishes from all the states of the country were being served.

During this, Prime Minister Narendra Modi came to him and tasted his Litti-Chokha because he already liked it. He told that after that his Litti-Chokha became much talked about. Many news channels came to interview him. PM Modi also shared the picture on his social media.
