The Delhi High Court has allowed two days of custody parole to participate in the current Parliament session to the jailed MP Abdul Rashid Sheikh alias Engineer Rashid.

Justice Vikas Mahajan said that Rashid can participate in the Parliament session on 11 and 13 February. In custody parole, a prisoner is taken to the place of meeting by armed police personnel.

Rashid had to follow certain conditions, including non -use of cellphones under bail terms. Baramulla MP is under trial in the terrorist funding case, alleging that they funded separatists and terrorist groups in Jammu and Kashmir. His case is related to the funding of separatist activities in Jammu and Kashmir and connections with nominated terrorist Hafeez Saeed.
