Delhi Police’s Special Cell has arrested two miscreants Aditya Rajput alias Kaka (22) and Kuldeep Singh alias Makhan (29), who were going to supply weapons to the miscreants of the Lawrence Bishnoi-Sampat leader gang in Delhi and Punjab. Eight costly pistols, eight magazines and 10 cartridges have been recovered from their possession.
The miscreants lodged in the jails of Punjab are continuously carrying out criminal incidents. Special Cell Deputy Commissioner of Police Alok Kumar said that during interrogation of the arrested miscreants, it has come to know that the weapons were ordered from them by Saurabh Pratap Singh alias Sunny, a sharp shooter of the Sampat Nehra gang lodged in Ferozepur Jail.
The accused had brought the weapons from Madhya Pradesh. After information on Wednesday, under the supervision of Special Cell ACP Attar Singh, a team of Inspector Shiv Kumar, Inspector Karmaveer and SI Rajesh Sharma arrested the accused from Mayapuri Chowk. Accused Aditya Rajput is a resident of village Siata and accused Kuldeep Singh is a resident of village Guru Nanakpura in Amritsar district of Punjab.
