Japanese girl misbehaved in the name of Holi

A case of misbehavior with a Japanese girl has come to light on the day of Holi. A video of the girl has gone viral. In which some people are applying color to the girl in a wrong way. People are breaking eggs on his head. The girl is looking quite uncomfortable with the actions of the people. Police has not received any complaint in this regard so far. Although the police have arrested three.
After the matter came to notice, the Central District Police has started its investigation. Police have contacted the Japanese embassy seeking information about the identity of the girl and the incident through e-mail.
District Deputy Commissioner of Police Sanjay Kumar Sen told that the video seems to be from Paharganj area. This has been taken into account and analysis is being done to ascertain the exact location and when of the incident.
Information is being obtained in Paharganj whether any such incident has taken place or the video is old. However, on the day of Holi, no foreign tourist has complained of any kind of misbehavior to the Paharganj police station. At the same time, in order to contact the victim, the police has sought information related to the identity and incident of the girl from the Japanese Embassy. Also, details of Japanese citizens living in the area are being collected.
Police said three boys, including a minor, have been arrested. He has accepted the incident. All are residents of nearby Paharganj area and indulged in Holi fun. Action has been initiated against him under the DP Act. However, no complaint has been made by the tourist to the police or the embassy.
