In Delhi, a case of rape with a 13-year-old girl has come to light in Sagarpur area of South-West Delhi. Intimidating himself as a policeman, the accused assaulted the victim and fled. Police registered a case and identified the accused and arrested them. The police is interrogating him and probing the matter.
The incident took place on Sunday in a park in Sagarpur. A 13-year-old girl studying in class VIII was sitting in the park with her friend and a friend. Meanwhile the accused reached there. He started scolding the girl, her friend and the boy. He was saying that all three are doing dirty acts while sitting in the park. He is a policeman. After taking all three to the police station, he will also call the family. All three got scared on this matter. First the girl’s friend left from there. Later, the accused also made the boy run away by intimidation. After this, the accused intimidated the victim and took her to the bushes and raped her. Threatened to kill anyone for telling anything.
The victim went home and told the whole thing to the family. The next day the family showed courage and informed the police. The victim told that the accused was wearing a track suit of a particular company. The police also did not find any CCTV footage around the park. While investigating, the police found a person of the same complexion standing in the same track suit at a Jalebi shop in the area. He was caught and brought to the police station. Later, the accused accepted his hand in the incident. The police arrested him. The accused is 50 years old and runs his own plastic molding factory.
