Couple and son admitted to hospital, National Party workers are victims
Police registered a case and arrested a neighbor and a son, looking for others

New Delhi. A man, along with three sons, attacked a neighboring couple and their son with sticks and sharp weapons in a dispute over parking a bike in Mangolpuri on Sunday night. The victims are workers of the National Party. Police reached the spot and admitted the injured to a nearby hospital, from where they have been referred to Safdarjung. The police have registered a case and arrested the accused father and a son, while the search is on for the two absconding accused.
The accused have been identified as Diler Singh and son Sher Singh. The police officer said that the injured have been identified as Naresh (60), Shakuntala (55) and Kapil (37), residents of ‘K’ block of Mangolpuri. Naresh is a worker of the National Party. On Sunday night at around 10.54 pm, the police got information about a fatal attack on a youth in Mangolpuri’s ‘K’ block. Police reached the spot and found Naresh, Shakuntala and their son Kapil in a half-dead condition. The police immediately admitted them to Sanjay Gandhi Hospital, all three were referred to Safdarjung from there.
After investigation, the police recorded the statement of the injured Kapil. Kapil told that he lives in Rohini. Came to meet parents by bike at night. There was a dispute with the neighbor Diler Singh and his three sons Sher Singh, Armaan and Sibbo over parking the bike. All three were refusing to park the bike. When the dispute escalated, the accused brought sticks and sharp weapons from the house and attacked them. His parents came out when there was a commotion. The accused also attacked them. During this time many people gathered there but no one tried to save.
After investigation, the police arrested Diler Singh and his son Sher Singh. Police officers said that there was a dispute over parking the bike. There is enmity between the two families since 2018. Two cases are registered in Mangolpuri police station. The accused family had accused Naresh of rape.
