The ongoing tussle between the Delhi government and Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena is escalating. After a letter written by the Lieutenant Governor on Friday raising questions on the education system, now Deputy Chief Minister and Education Minister Manish Sisodia has taken the lead on Saturday. He has termed all the allegations leveled against the Delhi government by the Lieutenant Governor as baseless and baseless.

Sisodia said that the Lieutenant Governor has hurt teachers, students and parents by questioning the education system. Lieutenant Governor should not make fun of teachers. At the same time, the Chief Minister has tweeted that the teachers, students and parents of Delhi have worked hard in seven years to improve the education system. Instead of insulting him, LG should encourage him.

In a three-page letter, Sisodia said that before 2015, government schools were known as tented schools as there were no classrooms. Children used to study in tents. Now there are schools of talent. Till 2015, the number of students in schools was 14 lakhs, which has increased to 18 lakhs. Government schools are the pride of the country today, to defame them when you resort to false facts which do not suit you. The responsibility of LG in the constitution is to fix the law and order. You fix it and let us fix the education system.

It is a gross insult to the Lieutenant Governor to call guest teachers as post teachers. LG’s claim of giving 13 plots to open new schools is false. DDA has not yet given possession of four plots to the government and two were occupied by the land mafia. At the same time, Sisodia tweeted that the LG had made many false allegations on the Education Department on Friday.

LG should stop writing love letters and treat the ghosts of BJP: Sanjay

New Delhi. Aam Aadmi Party’s Rajya Sabha member Sanjay Singh surrounded the Lieutenant Governor in a press conference held at the party office on Saturday. He said that Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena should stop writing love letters and get the ghosts of the BJP treated. He said that the education model of Delhi is being discussed all over the world, but VK Saxena is calling teachers of government schools as ghost teachers.

For the last 7-8 years, the teachers of government schools are working day and night to create the future of lakhs of children, but the LG is haunted by the ghost of BJP. He said that the ghost aboard the LG is causing a lot of harm to the people of Delhi. Sometimes they are stopping the travel of teachers, sometimes the salaries of the hospital staff and sometimes the pension of the elderly and women. If the health services of Delhi are stopped like this, then people’s lives can be lost. LG is playing with the future of Delhi’s children due to maliciousness. The Chief Minister of Delhi and lakhs of children love the teachers whom LG is calling as ghost teachers. Bureau

Atishi said, the lieutenant governor is making fun of the constitution

MLA Atishi on Saturday alleged that Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena was making a mockery of democracy and the Constitution by refusing to meet the chief minister and legislators. The Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court has made it clear that the LG does not have the right to take any independent decision, but he is acting like a BJP spokesperson by writing malicious letters to the Chief Minister every day. The reason for not meeting the MLAs lies within the Lt. He is afraid that he will have to answer for law and order and rising crime in Delhi. Instead, he is writing a letter to the Chief Minister out of ill will. My advice is that he should take time out from this kind of politics and visit any government school in Delhi. Meet the children studying there, talk to their parents and ask them how the schools have changed in the last eight years. Today, engineers and doctors are coming out of government schools which were dilapidated eight years ago. The post of Lieutenant Governor is constitutional.

Saxena is humiliating school children by presenting false figures: Saurabh

Senior leader Saurabh Bhardwaj has accused Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena of defaming the children of government schools by presenting false figures. Along with this, he has also given a challenge that if the ability of the children of government schools who are becoming doctors and engineers is to be tested, then the Lt. Governor should get them to compete with his own children. Everything will become clear by itself. Talking to the media on Saturday, Saurabh Bhardwaj said that the lie that the BJP has been telling for the last seven years, now the Lieutenant Governor has also started telling the same and he is calling 60,000 teachers of Delhi as ghost teachers. Saurabh’s question was whether the excellent results of the schools are coming from ‘ghosts’? The education system of Delhi is being praised in foreign countries. There were 14.66 lakh children in government schools in Delhi before 2014-15. Now it has increased to 18 lakhs. Rickshaw pullers and Bai’s children in Delhi are becoming engineers and doctors with hard work and the Lieutenant Governor is calling such children worthless.
