The ongoing tussle between the Delhi government and Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena is escalating. After a letter written by the Lieutenant Governor on Friday raising questions on the education system, now Deputy Chief Minister and Education Minister Manish Sisodia has taken the lead on Saturday. He has termed all the allegations leveled against the Delhi government by the Lieutenant Governor as baseless and baseless.
Sisodia said that the Lieutenant Governor has hurt teachers, students and parents by questioning the education system. Lieutenant Governor should not make fun of teachers. Government schools are the pride of the country today, to defame them when you resort to false facts which do not suit you. The responsibility of LG in the constitution is to fix the law and order. You fix it and let us fix the education system.
It is a gross insult to the Lieutenant Governor to call guest teachers as post teachers. LG’s claim of giving 13 plots to open new schools is false. DDA has not yet given possession of four plots to the government and two were occupied by the land mafia. Saxena is humiliating school children by presenting false figures: Saurabh
