Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court has convicted AAP MLA Prakash Jarwal in the case of suicide of a doctor. BJP’s national spokesperson Shehzad Poonawala has targeted the Aam Aadmi Party on this matter.

BJP national spokesperson Shehzad Poonawala said, today AAP does not mean Aam Aadmi Party, rather it means anarchist criminal party. He has been convicted not only on charges of abetment of suicide but also on charges of extortion. This clearly means that your character has a criminal background.
Shehzad Poonawala said that Prakash Jarwal is not the first leader of his party to be convicted. Therefore committing crimes and spreading anarchy has become their character. When summoned in a corruption case, Arvind Kejriwal plays the victim card instead of appearing before them.
State BJP has said that Aam Aadmi Party has become a refuge for people with corrupt tendencies. The court has convicted AAP MLA Prakash Jarwal of murder.
