After reaching the very poor category in the capital, once again the graded response action plan (grape) has come into force from Wednesday evening. The sub-committee of the Air Quality Management Commission (CAQM) has implemented the ban in the entire Delhi-NCR with immediate effect in the meeting in view of the polluted air. Under this, construction and demolition works have been banned. At the same time, the entry of BS three petrol and BS four freight vehicles has stopped. Only vehicles bringing essential goods have been exempted from it. Also, inter -state buses coming from NCR will not be allowed to arrive in Delhi. However, electric and CNG buses and BS-6 diesel buses have been exempted from it.
