Mahesh Darpan, senior storyteller of Sahitya Akademi, on Wednesday released ‘Paket Mein Ishq’, a collection of 25 stories based on Renu Anshul’s Ishq, Pyaar, Mohabbat, Ulfat in Delhi. Its author Renu ‘Anshul’ said that my fourth story collection is a bit different from my previous three books. Actually, the title of ‘Pocket Mein Ishq’ is based on the way Hindi-English mixed language is prevalent in our speaking these days.
We all believe that literature is the mirror of the society and as a writer, what we see and hear is engraved in our own words. Love is a beautiful feeling of the heart, but in today’s modern era, its form has also changed.
This difference has been explained through the stories in this book that today’s youth need instant love just like instant fast food. Renu says that not only the youth, but also the thinking of older people has changed now. They also prefer to speak their mind without suppressing love in their heart. They try to make their lonely life happy.
