Shaheen Bagh Fire: A fire broke out in a restaurant in Delhi’s Shaheen Bagh. Five fire engines are trying to douse the fire. This incident is being reported from Shaheen Bagh’s Chalis Futa Road. The fire caused chaos there.
Officials said that a fire broke out in a restaurant in south-east Delhi area on Saturday evening. Delhi Fire Service (DFS) officials said that no one has been reported injured so far.

He also told that at 5.44 pm a call came that there was a fire in the electric wires outside a restaurant on 40 Foota Road in Shaheen Bagh. According to officials, by the time the fire engines reached the spot, the fire had spread to the restaurant. Seven fire engines have been deployed to extinguish the fire and the work of extinguishing the fire is going on continuously.
The fire was brought under control within 2 hours
A fire broke out due to a short circuit on the pillar next to the restaurant on 40 feet road in Shaheen Bagh. The flames caused heavy damage to many restaurants including Zara Restaurant, Zaika Restaurant. The restaurants opposite to it also caught fire. With the help of a total of 12 vehicles, the fire was brought under control in about 2 hours. According to the information, no one was killed. People also praised the police and fire team for controlling the fire in time.

Eyewitness Riyaz present at the spot said that the fire broke out at 5:45. First the shop at the corner caught fire. SHO sahab arrived in 5 minutes. There has been no loss of life, but there has been loss of property. Congratulations to everyone including Delhi Police and SHO Shaheen Bagh, they did a great job.
The fire started due to AC explosion
On the other hand, a resident of Shaheen Bagh told that Nazim – the fire started due to the bursting of AC, it started in 4-5 small hotels. Police team, fire team are working. But the damage is huge. Alamgir told that the fire started due to short circuit on the pole, many restaurants including Zara, Zaika, Restaurant have been damaged. Right now the fire has been controlled and the cooling work is almost over due to water showers.
