Delhi University Academic Calendar 2024-25 Released: The academic calendar for the session 2024-25 has been released by the University of Delhi. This calendar includes many courses run by the university. The calendar has been released for the first, second, third and fourth semesters. According to the calendar, classes will start soon. Classes for the new session will be conducted from August 1. Candidates can check the academic calendar through the steps given here.
The academic calendar released by DU includes B.Tech, five-year BA LLB (Hons) and BBA LLB (Hons) and post graduate courses. Delhi University has extended the summer vacations till July 31, 2024.
1st Semester/3rd Semester
Talking about the first semester, classes will start from August 1, 2024. There will be a mid-semester break from October 27 to November 3. The mid-semester break will end from November 4. Classes for the first semester will end on November 28. Semester 1 examinations will begin from December 10, 2024. Apart from this, winter vacations will run from December 29 to January 1, 2025.
2nd Semester/4th Semester
Classes for the second semester will begin from January 2025. After this, there will be a mid-semester break from March 9 to March 16. The mid-semester break will end after March 17, 2025. Classes for the second semester will end on April 30, 2025. The second semester exams will begin from May 13, 2025. Summer vacations will run from June 1 to July 20, 2025.
