Sulabh International Museum of Toilet is located in Mahavir Enclave area of ​​West Delhi. Museum’s guest coordinator Nigar Imam spoke to the Local 18 team. She told that this museum was built in 1992 by social activist, Dr. Bindeshwar Pathak. Its message is related to cleanliness. In this museum, you will get to see all types of toilets from 2500 BC to today. This museum has everything from 5000 years old toilet seat to modern toilet commode.

In this museum, you will get to see many strange toilets. Some are two-storeyed, some have amazing carvings. Every toilet has its own interesting story. Yes, you will get to see table top toilets like the ones kings used to carry with them. Table top toilets were for multi-purpose purposes. One could not only defecate on them, but if needed, British hunters used to sit on them and eat. Here you will also get to see toilets with thrones of kings.
