He told that although all types of customers come to his shop today, but his chaat is liked the most. During school, he used to come to his brother’s shop and learn the formula of making chaat from him. After completing high school, he also started his own business with his brother. Today both these brothers together are feeding their chaat to the people of Dehradun.

Water and chutney are also special
Jitendra Kumar Gupta says that today chaat is available to eat in many restaurants and carts in Dehradun. But whether it is winter or summer, there has been no decrease in the number of people eating chaat here for years. People have been serving this taste for more than two decades. He told that he makes golgappa water in many flavors and serves it to people, for which we use filtered water. At the same time, special spices are also prepared for chaat. At other places, jaggery and tamarind chutney is made, but here it is made with dry ginger and dry mango powder and tadka of nigella and fennel. It enhances its taste even more. Customer Narendra Khanna told that he has been eating chaat here for the last 8 to 9 years. Special care is taken of hygiene here and the taste is also very good.
