These are boiled in hot water for half an hour, so that hair and dirt can be removed. After boiling, the goat’s feet are baked on high coal flame. This increases its taste and aroma. A special gravy is prepared with onion, turmeric and various desi spices. These spices also include the hotel’s special masala, which makes it more delicious. The prepared gravy is mixed with spices and salt and cooked thoroughly in the cooker. The godi is cooked in such a way that its meat becomes soft and juicy.
