How is this namkeen made?
The recipe for making this namkeen is very easy. First of all, like Idli, millet is steamed. After that moong dal powder is added to it. After this, home-made spices like chilli, turmeric, black pepper and salt etc. are added to it. Finally, it is fried in boiling mustard oil in a pan using a mould. After this process, this wonderful namkeen is prepared. Even children can eat this namkeen comfortably because it is not very spicy. Its price is ₹ 260 per kg.
