But nowadays, due to pollution, stress and wrong lifestyle, we often face hair related problems like hair fall, dandruff, dandruff etc. To get rid of all these hair problems, we resort to expensive and chemical products. But do you know that desi ghee is something present in our homes which is very beneficial in removing all hair problems?

Massaging hair with hot ghee increases blood circulation in the scalp, due to which hair grows faster. Ghee contains healthy fats and fats which provide nutrients to the hair. Therefore ghee can help in natural growth of hair. Antioxidant and fatty acid properties are found in ghee. Both these elements are very beneficial for the hair and scalp.

Benefits of applying ghee on hair

The right way to use desi ghee 

  1. Make it lukewarm: Take some desi ghee and heat it lightly. Hot ghee absorbs well into the hair pores.
  2. Massage: Massage your scalp and hair roots with desi ghee. Apply it slowly so that it gets absorbed well into the scalp.
  3. Allow time: Let the ghee remain in the hair for at least an hour or overnight. . This will provide adequate nutrition to the hair. 
  4. Wash: Wash the hair with normal shampoo, if there is a lot of ghee applied then it is better to shampoo twice. 
  5. Use: Use desi ghee at least once a week.
