Ingredients to make Coriander Panjiri
Coriander powder – 1 cup
Coconut grated – 1/2 cup
Chopped butter – 1/2 cup
Cashew – 8-10
Almonds – 8-10
Chironji seeds – 1 tsp
Desi ghee – 3 tsp
Sugar powder – 1/2 cup

How to make Coriander Panjiri
If you want to make coriander panjiri for God’s enjoyment, then first of all take whole coriander and clean it thoroughly. After this, grind coriander with the help of a mixer. Now put 1 spoon of desi ghee in a pan and heat it on medium flame. After melting the ghee, add coriander powder and roast it while stirring. During this, slow down the gas flame. After roasting for a minute or two, the coriander powder will turn light brown and will start to smell. After this, take out the coriander in a bowl.

Now put ghee again in the pan and after it melts add chopped nuts and fry them. After frying the Makhane, keep them on a flat place and crush them coarsely with the help of something heavy. After this, cut cashews and almonds into fine pieces. After this, take a mixing bowl and put roasted coriander powder in it. After this add coarsely ground makhana and finely chopped cashew-almonds in the bowl and mix them all well.

After mixing all the ingredients well, take grated coconut and add it to the coriander panjiri and mix it. If you want, you can also use coconut powder. Lastly, add chironji seeds to the coriander panjiri and mix it with all the ingredients. Coriander Panjiri is ready to be offered to God.
