Shop operator Nitesh said that to make Dhosa, first of all we mix rice, urad dal and gram dal and leave it to swell for 12 hours. After that it is allowed to grind. Then the ground material is left to set for 12 hours. Due to which it gets fermented well and due to which Dhosa becomes good.

Sambar is specially prepared here. Kohda is used almost everywhere in making Sambhar. But Kohda is not used here. We add different types of vegetables. Which mainly contains pumpkin, carrot, onion and beans. To make sambar even more special, a special paste of spices is made. A paste of raw almonds, gram dal, coriander, goli, cumin, ginger, garlic and onion is made in it. There is also some rice in it. Sambhar masala is also mixed. Cook the prepared ingredients on low flame for 30 to 40 minutes. Due to which very tasty and delicious Sambar is prepared.
This is how chutney is prepared
To make chutney, we use equal quantity of gram dal and red almonds. First we fry it well, then add curry leaves, garlic and ginger paste and add chilli and fry it. Fry it till it turns slightly red. Then it is left for a while so that it cools down and becomes a little crunchy. Then it is ground by adding water and served after adding salt as per taste.
