Dhruv Rathi Got Time To Reply In Defamation Case – Amar Ujala Hindi News Live

During the hearing, Rathi’s lawyer said that the court fees paid by the BJP leader were insufficient and the case could not be proceeded with until the proper court fees were paid. The court directed to file a reply and listed the case for arguments on August 16.

The court granted time to YouTuber Dhruv Rathee to file a reply to the petition filed by BJP leader Suresh Karamshi Nakhua. Rathee’s lawyer sought additional time from the court and said that his client does not live in India so he will have to take instructions from him. Advocate Raghav Awasthi, appearing for Nakhua, reacted to the statement saying, this is the age of email service. However, the court directed to file a reply and listed the matter for arguments on August 16.

In the petition filed in the defamation case against Rathi, Nakhua said that the tweets uploaded by Rathi are causing great damage to his reputation. During the hearing, Rathi’s lawyer said that the court fee filed by Nakhua is insufficient and the case cannot be proceeded until the proper court fee is filed. Apart from this, it was also said that some reasonable grounds should be given for not filing the proper court fee, which is not in the plaintiff’s application. After this, the court directed Nakhua’s lawyer to file the court fee within a week. Bureau
