The operator of this stall, Mohd. Shahbaz, has done a course in hotel management. But due to not getting good salary, he did not do the job. Mo. Shahbaz told that in Metro City he had seen people eating potato stick chips with great enthusiasm. Its taste is excellent. That’s why I am feeding potato stick chips to the people of my city. He told that to make it, first of all we remove the peel of the potato and cut it into uniform size. Then a stick is stuck in the middle and it is poured into the gram flour mixture mixed with spices. After this, sprinkle other spices on top and fry it in oil. After frying, add cheese on it and serve it with sweet and sour chutney. Shahbaz told that he earns a good amount from this stall.
