Swati Maliwal Assault Case: A big news has come out in the case of Swati Maliwal. According to sources, police can also impose Section 201 of IPC i.e. destruction of evidence on accused Bibhav Kumar. Police suspect that Bibhav has deliberately formatted his mobile. Questions are being raised on the timing of formatting the mobile and not telling the password to the police.
Police is in constant touch with PWD to get the DVR of CCTV cameras installed in CM House, but cooperation is not being received from there also. It is being told that selective and edited CCTV and mobile videos are being made viral from CM House. The police is also keeping an eye on whether all this is being done to divert the investigation. Delhi Police is also investigating the role of other people in this case.

Former Delhi Women Commission chairperson Swati Maliwal had alleged on May 13 that Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s private secretary Vibhav Kumar had misbehaved with her at his official residence. On May 16, Swati Maliwal lodged an FIR of assault against Bibhav Kumar. After this, the police also conducted medical examination of Swati, in which injury marks were found at many places on the body. Delhi Police had arrested Bibhav Kumar on 18th May i.e. Saturday.
Kejriwal had made many allegations against BJP
Let us inform that Delhi Police had arrested Bibhav Kumar, personal assistant (PA) of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday (18 May 2024). Kejriwal challenged the PM to arrest all the top leaders of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and said that they will march to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) headquarters on Sunday (19 May 2024).
