Fake links also blocked
Not only this, the government has blocked more than 3 lakh SIMs involved in the scam. More than 500 people have also been arrested for fraud. According to the information, till now about 50 thousand IMEI numbers, 2194 URLs and 592 fake links have also been blocked.
Cyber fraudsters loot lakhs of rupees from people within a few hours. To avoid this, the government is running many campaigns. Now, to prevent fraud, those mobile numbers which were involved in fraud have also been blocked.
