Ingredients needed to make the recipe

Cashew – 50 grams
Tomato – 4 (250 grams)
Cashews – 10-12 for grinding in spices
Whole garam masala – large cardamom – 1, clove – 2, black pepper – 6-7, cinnamon – 2-3
Cream – 100 grams
Ginger – 1 inch
Green chili – 1
Oil – 2-3 tbsp
Green coriander – 2-3 tbsp
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Cumin – ¼ tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Garam masala – less than ¼ tsp
Red chili – ¼ tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp

To make cashew korma, first of all, grind tomatoes, green chillies, ginger and cashews and make a paste. After this heat the pan by keeping it on the gas and then put oil in it. When the oil becomes slightly hot, add cashews and fry till they turn light brown while stirring. After this add cumin seeds in oil and fry them. When the cumin seeds are roasted, add asafoetida, turmeric powder, whole hot spices, peeled big cardamom and fry it lightly by adding its seeds. Now add tomato, cashew, green chili, ginger paste. Keep stirring the spices with the help of a spoon until the oil floats on the spices. Then add red chili powder as well.

After this add garam masala and cream to the fried spices. Put half a cup of water in this gravy. Add water according to how thick or thin you want the gravy to be. Now cook it till the gravy starts boiling again. Now put some green coriander in it. When the gravy starts boiling, add salt and roasted cashews as well. Then cover it and let the vegetable cook for 3-4 minutes on very low flame. Vegetable is ready. Take out the vegetable in a bowl and garnish with green coriander. After this it can be served with roti or rice. If you want, you can eat it with non too.
