Ingredients required for making Mushroom Fry
Button Mushroom – 300 grams
Chopped onions – 2-3
Chopped tomatoes – 2
Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tsp
Cumin – 1 tsp
Rai – 1 tsp
Fenugreek seeds – 1/3 tsp
Turmeric – 1 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1/3 tsp
Chopped coriander – 2 tbsp

To make Tasty Mushroom Fry, first of all clean the button mushrooms thoroughly by adding salt. After this, cut these mushrooms and keep them in a clean bowl. Now take onion and tomato and cut them into small pieces. Now take a pan and put oil in it and heat it on medium flame. When the oil is hot, add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds and cumin seeds and let it crackle.

When the spices crackle, put chopped onion in it and leave it to fry. When the onion turns light golden in color, add finely chopped tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste and fry it. After roasting for about 1-2 minutes, add red chili powder, coriander powder and other dry spices and mix well. Keep in mind that it will be cooked till the tomatoes become completely soft.

Now add chopped mushrooms to it and mix well with a spoon. After this leave the vegetable to cook for some time. After some time add some water to the vegetable and cover the pan and cook the mushroom fry on low flame for 10-15 minutes. After the vegetable is almost done, put garam masala in this vegetable and turn off the gas. After this, we will garnish the chopped green coriander from above. Now this tasty vegetable can be served with roti, paratha or rice.
