Paneer – 250 grams
Crushed Onion – 2
Tomatoes for puree – 3
Ginger paste – 2 tsp
Garlic paste – 1 tsp
Cashew (paste) – 8 nos.
Chopped green chili – 2-3
Full cream milk – 1/2 cup
Bay leaves – 2
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Kasoori Methi – 2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
Red chili powder – 1 tbsp
Fresh Cream (Malai) – 2 tbsp
Butter – 2 tbsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Green Coriander – 2 tbsp
salt – as per taste

how to make vegetable

To make Tasty Paneer Butter Masala curry, first take a pan, put oil and butter together and heat it on medium flame. After frying them well, add onion paste and bay leaves and fry them. When the color of the onions in this mixture becomes golden, add red chili powder and chopped green chilies and fry them. Now add cashew paste to it. Now fry this mixture while stirring it with the help of a ladle. Now put tomato puree in it as well. Cook this mixture until the oil starts leaving the mixture.

After the mixture is cooked, add coriander powder and garam masala and cook it. After this, mixing milk, water and salt as per taste in the pan, stir well and fry for about 5 minutes. After this, take paneer and cut it into small pieces. Now put these pieces in the gravy and add kasoori methi on top. After this, with the help of a ladle, mix the cheese well in the gravy and cook till the gravy thickens. Now add fresh cream and mix it and after about 2-3 minutes turn off the gas. Now after the pan cools down for some time, you can serve this tasty vegetable with paratha, rice, naan or roti.
