Milk – 2 cups

Fennel – 2 teaspoons
Fenugreek – 2 teaspoons
Cumin – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Dry ginger powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
Saffron – a pinch
salt – as per taste

Kashmiri Paneer Recipe

To make Tasty Kashmiri Paneer, first cut the paneer into small square pieces. Then make powder of clove, cardamom, fennel and fenugreek. After this, take a pan, put oil in it and heat it. When the oil becomes hot, put cumin seeds and prepared powder of these spices in it. After this, add milk along with this mixture and boil it. When the milk starts boiling, add turmeric powder, dry ginger powder, garam masala powder, bay leaves and saffron and mix it.
