Dinosaur eggs displayed by the Geological Survey of India (GSI) in the pavilion of the Ministry of Mines at the India International Trade Fair have become a center of special attraction among the visitors.

Dinosaur eggs displayed by the Geological Survey of India (GSI) in the pavilion of the Ministry of Mines at the India International Trade Fair have become a center of special attraction among the visitors. These eggs are approximately 65 million years old and have been discovered in Chandrapur in Maharashtra and Kheda district of Gujarat.

According to Dr. Praveer Pankaj, Director of GSI, dinosaurs were also found in India, especially in states like Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh. Apart from dinosaurs, minerals like graphite, lithium and kimberlite are also displayed in this pavilion. This pavilion is proving to be not only educational but also highly entertaining and attracting visitors of all age groups.
