Divyanka-Vivek Back To Home: Popular TV star couple Divyanka Tripathi and Vivek Dahiya keep travelling the world. However, recently during their trip to Europe, they were robbed. The couple’s passport and other documents along with all their belongings were stolen in Florence, Italy. After this, Divyanka and Vivek had appealed for help. Now the couple is returning to the country with the help of the Indian Embassy.

Divyanka and Vivek returned to India
Divyanka and Vivek shared a collaborative post on Instagram revealing that they are finally returning to India after the robbery incident in Italy. They thanked everyone for their love and support and also mentioned the help that the Indian Embassy provided in making their ‘homecoming’ possible. Sharing a picture, the couple wrote,

“Going to India soon. We would like to thank you for your tremendous love and support. A big thank you to the Indian Embassy for making our ‘homecoming’ possible”


Divyanka and Vivek were robbed in Florence
On July 10, 2024, Divyanka and Vivek were robbed in Florence and their passports, wallets, money and shopping items were snatched. In an interview with ETimes, Vivek spoke in detail about the incident, revealing that they had gone to view a property in the city and the robbers snatched their belongings.

Vivek had said, “Except this incident, everything on this trip has been incredible. We reached Florence yesterday and planned to stay for a day. We went to check the property for our stay and left all our luggage in a car parked outside. However, when we returned to collect our luggage, we were shocked to see that the car had been broken into and our passports, wallets, money, shopping items and all our valuables were missing. Luckily they left behind some of our old clothes and food items.”


Local police did not help
In the same conversation, Vivek mentioned that he tried to contact the local police but due to lack of proper evidence, they refused to help them. The actor further added that police stations in the country close at 6 pm, after which they do not help. Apart from this, the couple also tried to reach the embassy but it was already closed that day.
