Make sugarless sweets on Diwali-
Dates and dry fruits barfi- Grind dates and make a paste and add chopped dry fruits and ghee to it and fry well. Spread it on a plate and when it cools down, cut it into pieces.
Coconut and jaggery laddu- Heat ghee in a pan and fry the coconut flakes lightly. Add jaggery in it and let it melt. When the mixture cools down, make small laddus and keep them in the fridge to cool.
Apple pudding- Boil the milk until it thickens and add grated apple to it. Cook it well and add cardamom and dry fruits. Cool and serve.

Makhana and jaggery laddus- Fry the makhanas in ghee and grind them when they cool down. Melt the jaggery and add ground makhana and cardamom powder to it. When the mixture cools down slightly, make laddus.
Fig and walnut barfi- Soak dried figs in water for some time and then grind them and make a paste. Heat ghee in a pan, add fig paste and chopped walnuts and almonds in it. Fry it well and spread it in a plate. When it cools down, cut it into pieces.
