2. Consumption of fried foods
One should also avoid eating foods high in starch and carbs in dinner. One should not eat pizza, pasta, French fries or potatoes, because they increase the blood sugar level. Eating these also increases food cravings. There is a risk of acid reflux by eating salty foods, that is, the food is not digested properly.
3. Including these things in salad
